do yourself a favor and go see children of men. On a whim I was bored this morning in a strange town and decided to go see a movie. I noticed this movie had clive owen, julianne moore.. and was directed by alfonso cuarón. BIG fan of alfonso after harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban. I gave it a chance and was blown away. I don't think i've seen a movie this good in the theaters for ages. only thing that upsets me about this film is... the film and director are not up for any oscars.
i'm tired and don't want to spend all day monday on a plane. i have to do laundry now. blah.
Week of: 01/15 - Stay in Pennsylvania for 2 weeks 01/29 - Fly out to LA for a week 02/05 - Come back to Pennsylvania for 1 month 03/05 - Come back to Portland
I'll be gone for more than a month and a half... Going to be lonely with single-serving friends...

i have been waiting for this movie longer than any other, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S FINALLY COMING OUT! just got back from the week in pennsylvania. my life is so surreal right now. will post pics soon!
I want to try out for the blue devils drum corp.... I'm WAY too rusty now though.. it had been my plan to try out after high school... ah well, so much for that dream.

The goals i had going to vegas were to visit the flamingo (which I had wrote a report on in high school). To visit quarks (a bar based off the star trek deep space nine series)... and to see the star trek experience. I did all these plus a whole lot more... including losing 600 dollars on various gambling activities. i'm not a gambler but.. i was in vegas!!!!!11 ZOMG!! if you want to see way too many pictures of the vegas trip/the multi million dollar house Click Here

it's tough trying to keep up with downloading and watching all these great tv shows that are coming out and still find time to have a social life... and perhaps read a book? *gasp* Let's see... currently I am downloading and trying to watch...
